DAYTON, Ohio The River City Buccaneers claimed a 42-12 victory over the Ohio Crush on Saturday to climb to 3-2 in Premier Amateur Football League play.

Fred Crozier ran for 86 yards and a score on six carries, caught three passes for 58 yards and a TD and hit on three of five passes for 52 yards to lead the Buccaneers offense.

Job Swords completed five of his seven passes for 82 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for a score. Jon Estes threw a 10-yard scoring pass.

Luke Brown rushed for 65 yards on 11 totes and Dylan Kouns picked up 55 yards on seven carries.

Jermain Payton had two catches for 63 yards and Chase DeVore and Elijah Adams caught scoring strikes.

Cedric Legette made 14 tackles, forced two fumbles and picked two Crush passes to pace the Buccaneers defense.

River City meets the Portsmouth Stealth on July 13 at 7 p.m. in Westwood.
