The Ashland Lodge BPOE No. 350 announced Steve Towler as the honoree for this year’s event, held at the Ashland Elks Lodge at 900 Carter Ave.

Towler served as the Boyd County Judge Executive from 2015 – 2018 and United Way of Northeast Kentucky’s executive director from 1999 to 2013.
