ASHLAND – Dozens gathered for a ribbon-cutting celebration on Monday to welcome Ashland's newest unique business.
Andi Hunt, owner and operator of The Herb ’N Stone Tea Shop, was ecstatic at the grand opening of the new business and invites the community to come visit for a cup of tea.
“It’s a place you can come in and have a cup of tea or coffee,” she said, noting the store will offer 27 varieties of coffee, 25 kinds of biscotti and more than 100 types of herbal tea.
Hunt makes all-natural soap, beard oils, lotions, bath salts and household cleaners.
The 190 scents available at the store are all-natural, therapeutic grade, Hunt said, made from sustainably harvested herbs and pesticide free. The store also features “Monster Spray” for children, products for pets, yoga bracelets, and chakra stones.
Ashland City Commissioner Amanda Clark attended on behalf of the city and welcomed Hunt's new business to Ashland.
The Ashland Alliance attended for the formal Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday as well.
