ASHLAND The Outlaws of the Ashland Adult Baseball League paid tribute to a fallen teammate on Sunday in Central Park.

The Outlaws remembered Cody Gollihue, who died Friday in an automobile accident. Cody's parents, sister and girlfriend were in attendance and met at second base for a special tribute.

The Outlaws gave them two signed baseballs and then started the game without a second baseman - because that was Cody's position. The game lasted eight innings with the Outlaws defeating the Red Storm, 9-8.

A large crowd gathered at the park for the tribute.
