ASHLAND A man was arrested after driving through a road work barricade while intoxicated, said police.

Jeremy May, of Ashland, was arrested earlier this week on the charges of leaving the scene of an accident without rendering aid, third-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication, according to police reports.

May drove through a road work sign and barricade at the intersection of Blackburn Avenue and Pollard, according to police reports.

May was lodged at the Boyd County Detention Center where court records indicate he has been released on a signature bond.
