ASHLAND Authorities in Boyd and Carter counties had a busy weekend, resulting in more than 30 arrests and incarcerations.

The following information was gleaned from online record available from the Boyd and Carter County Detention Centers. The Greenup County Detention Center records are currently unavailable.

All people incarcerated are presumed innocent until proven guilty, unless they have been sentenced.

Boyd County Detention Center

• Jade C. Freeman, 27, of South Point, Ohio was detained Friday on a parole violation.

• Jason A. Hunt, 39, of Ashland, was arrested and booked Friday two first-degree drug possession charges, a third-degree drug possession charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

• Marlon L. Goldman, 34, of no fixed address, was sentenced Friday on a fourth-offense DUI conviction and driving on a suspended license due to DUI, third offense.

• Brandon C. Gray, 26, of Ironton, was booked and charged Friday on first-offense DUI, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to carry insurance, failure to carry registration, speeding over 16 mph and using a communication device while driving.

• Bradley T. Mills, 55, of Huntington, was incarcerated Friday on a judge hold.

• Jessica N. Groves, 30, of Catlettsburg, was booked and charged Saturday with two counts of failure to appear and one count of receiving stolen property less than $10,000 in value.

• Scott E. White, 43, of Ashland, was booked and charged Saturday with receiving stolen property less than $10,000 in value.

• Ryan K. Amos, 41, of Catlettsburg, was booked and charged Saturday with receiving stolen property less than $10,000 in value and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

• Clyde J. Fields, 53, of Ashland, was booked and charged Saturday with second-offense DUI, possession of marajuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, carless driving, failure to use a turn signal, a license plate violation and a seat belt violation.

• James Unrue, 36, of Russell, was incarcerated Saturday on a parole violation and a bench warrant.

• William R. Hanna, 33, of Vanceburg, was arrested and charged Saturday on public intoxication.

• Johnathan W. Smith, 28, of Ashland, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant.

• George A. Reeves, 55, of Ashland, was arrested and charged Saturday on public intoxication.

• Johnesha N. Godwin, 24, of Ironton, was arrested and booked Sunday on a DUI, first-offense, charge.

• Trisha N. Turner, 35, of Ashland, was arrested and booked Sunday on a violation of a protective order charge.

• Shelly L. Justice, 48, of Ashland, was arrested and booked Sunday on a probation violation.

• James D. Smith, 57, of Ashland, was incarcerated Sunday on a bench warrant.

• Stacy H. Wood, 43, of Raceland, was arrested and booked Sunday on a shoplifting less than $500 in value charge.

• Tara Fyffe, 27, of Kitts Hill, Ohio, was incarcerated Sunday on two bench warrants.

• Amanda J. Coleman, 26, of Ashland, was arrested and booked Sunday on an identity theft charge, two motor vehicle registration violations, riding a moped without a license and two failure to pay court fine violations.

Carter County Detention Center

• Travis Prince, 32, of Grayson, was incarcerated Friday on a parole violation.

• Jack A. Estep, 26, of Ashland, was incarcerated Friday on a probation violation.

• Rachel E. Cornett, 30, of Grayson, was incarcerated Friday as a federal prisoner in transit.

• Aaron D. Ferguson, 32, of Huntington, was incarcerated Friday as a federal prisoner in transit.

• Ronnie D. Moore, 63, of Grayson, was arrested and booked Friday on a first-offense DUI charge, driving on a suspended or revoked license, first-degree possession of methamphetamine, a seatbelt violation, an insurance card violation and a registration violation.

• Tristan Watkins, 22, of Grayson, was incarcerated Saturday on a bench warrant.

• Jaclyn R. Muse, 30, of Grayson, was incarcerated Saturday on a bench warrant and a child support charge.

• Nathan B. Rogers, 20, of Grayson, was incarcerated Sunday on a bench warrant.

• Laura Erwin, 38, of Olive Hill, was incarcerated Sunday to serve a weekend sentence.

• Justin L. Evans, 31, of Grayson, was incarcerated Sunday on a parole violation and failure to pay court costs.

• Brandy N. Muse, 34, of Morehead, was incarcerated Sunday on two bench warrants.
