ASHLAND – Police responded to the parking lot of a fast food restaurant early Monday morning where a man allegedly under the influence of drugs was placed under arrest.
Darrell Allen Kuhn, 50, of Ashland was arrested by the Ashland Police Department at the 2500 block of Winchester Avenue at approximately 3 a.m. said police reports.
Police responded and arrested Kuhn. Police reports allege that during a search methamphetamine was found on Kuhn.
Kuhn was charged with public intoxication (excludes alcohol) and first degree possession of the controlled substance methamphetamine, said police reports.
Kuhn was lodged at the Boyd County Detention Center without incident, said police.
Kuhn was arraigned in Boyd County District Court and bail was set at $1,00 cash.
