The following information was taken from Ashland Police Department reports:
Theft
‰ A man living in the 3000 block of Moore Street reported on Tuesday the theft of computer equipment valued at $2,005.
‰ A woman living in the 4700 block of Chestnut Avenue reported on Tuesday the theft of an unspecified item valued at $205.
Criminal mischief
‰A man living in the 3100 block of May Street reported Wednesday someone had destroyed $350 worth of alcohol belonging to him. No additional details were available.
Prescription fraud
‰CVS, 1221 Lexington Ave., reported Tuesday someone had tried to pass a bogus prescription there.
Shoplifting
‰Wal-Mart reported Thursday two separate shoplifting incidents where the culprits were not apprehended. Merchandise valued at $65.97 was stolen in one incident; in the other, items valued at $92.47 were taken.
