GREENUP A Flatwoods woman indicted by the Greenup County grand jury is facing charges of drug trafficking, endangering the welfare of a minor, and several additional drug and felony charges.
Kayla Renee Miller, 30, was arrested by Kentucky State Police on Monday after a warrant was issued for her arrest following an indictment by the Greenup County Grand Jury.
Miller was indicted by the grand jury on Sept. 3 on multiple felony charges.
Miller was indicted on the charge of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, a class C felony, after court records indicate the woman sold or transferred over four grams of cocaine.
Miller was also indicted on the charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, trafficking in marijuana, a class A misdemeanor, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and endangering the welfare of a minor, a class A misdemeanor.
Miller was also indicted on an unclassified misdemeanor, after court records indicate she operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, her second offense with aggravating circumstances. Miller was also indicted for improper equipment and failure to wear a seatbelt, according to court records.
Miller is currently lodged at the Greenup County Detention Center.
