GRAYSON All things positive are the idea behind this month’s exhibit at the Grayson Gallery and Art Center.

The annual “Peace and Love” art show and sale will have its free opening reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the gallery.

The exhibit features more than 60 pieces of original art in various media by 20 artists from more than a dozen cities across the region and beyond.

Visitors may vote on their favorite piece and a $50 People’s Choice cash award will be given to the winner. In addition, a GGAC Board Choice and the Brandon Click Memorial, each for $50, will be awarded.

Music will be presented by The Return, featuring Gary Kesling of 9 Live Records. Refreshments will be rovided by Catering by Laura.

Henna Tattoos by Maranda Knipp will be offered for a fee ($5 and up) as well. A special sales display of items by The Lost Mouse Co. will be available for purchase; orders may be placed throughout the evening.
