Weekend jailed

The following arrests were made over the weekend in Boyd, Greenup and Carter counties, according to jail and police records, on the following charges: 

  •  Misty Rose, 30, of Ashland, Friday, Ashland Police Department: buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of methamphetamine. Rose was lodged at the Boyd County Detention Center.
  •  Pennie R. Crawford, 46, of Cannonsburg, Friday, Ashland Police Department: first-degree possession of methamphetamine. Crawford was lodged at the Boyd County Detention Center.
  •  Lewis H. Pinder, 36, of Louisa, Saturday, Boyd County Sheriff’s Department: first-degree possession of methamphetamine, theft by deception under $500 and third-degree burglary. Pinder was lodged at the Boyd County Detention Center.
  •  David Matthew Bryan, 34, of Ashland, Monday, Catlettsburg Police Department: third-degree burglary. Bryan was lodged at the Boyd County Detention Center.
  •  Martin Timothy Miller II, 41, of Rush, Monday, Kentucky State Police: fugitive from another state and third-degree burglary. Miller was lodged at the Boyd County Detention Center.
  •  Christopher W. Schumacher, 33, of Grayson, Saturday, Grayson Police Department: third-degree assault on a correction employee, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing, resisting arrest and fourth-degree assault. Schumacher was lodged at the Carter County Detention Center.
  •  Joshua D. Bohannon, 35, of Ashland, Monday, Kentucky State Police: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to maintain required insurance, vehicle a nuisance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, failure to notify address change to department of transportation and no registration receipt. Bohannon was lodged at the Carter County Detention Center.
  •  Wendy Lynn Jackson, 30, of Grayson, Monday, Grayson Police Department: theft by shoplifting under $500, second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, menacing, third-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree criminal trespassing. Jackson was lodged at the Carter County Detention Center.
  •  Timothy Earl Parsons, 34, of Flatwoods, Sunday, Kentucky State Police: operating a motor vehicle under the influence, license to be in possession, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, no registration plates, improper registration plate, failure to maintain required insurance and parole violation for felony offense.

An arrest is not a conviction of guilt and all individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
