CATLETTSBURG The Boyd County Grand Jury released the latest indictments, involving cases of allegations including burglary, theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting and receiving stolen property.

An indictment is not a conviction of guilt and all individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The following individuals were indicted on the following charges: 

• Steven D. Price, 46, of Ashland: first-degree burglary, a class B felony. Price’s bail was set at $100,000 full cash.

• Albert R. Albright, 46, of Greenup: first-degree burglary, a class B felony, and first-degree promoting contraband, a class D felony. Albright’s bail was set at $100,000 full cash.

• Amber Layne, 34, of Catlettsburg: second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and receiving stolen property under $10,000, a class D felony. Layne’s bail was set at $50,000 full cash.

• Kenneth O. Adkins, 36, of Catlettsburg: second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but under $10,000, a class D felony. Adkins’ bail was set at $50,000 full cash.

• Joshua Green, 34: third-degree burglary, a class D felony. Green’s bail was set at $50,000 full cash.

• Chanizreil Moberly, 23, of Lexington: theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting over $500, a class D felony. Moberly’s bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

• Lloyshae S. Washington, 23, of Lexington: theft of identity of another without consent, a class D felony, and theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting over $500, a class D felony. Washington’s bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

• Tracey M. Patrick, 39, of Ashland: receiving stolen property under $10,000, a class D felony. Patrick’s bail was set at $5,000 full cash.

• Richard Patrick, 39, of Ashland: theft by unlawful taking, $500 or more but under $10,000, a class D felony. Patrick’s bail was set at $5,000 full cash.

• Rusty E. Cremeans, 45, of Huntington: receiving stolen property under $10,000, a class D felony. Cremeans’ bail was set at $5,000 full cash.
