CATLETTSBURG The Boyd County Grand Jury released its latest indictments, which include cases involving allegations of fleeing from police, possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.

An indictment is not a conviction of guilt and all individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following individuals were indicted on Tuesday, according to court records, on the following charges:

•Candace L. Campbell, 37, of Catlettsburg: Second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony, and three counts of theft of another without consent, a class D felony. Campbell’s bail was set at $20,000 full cash.

•Keith A. Chaffins, 38, of Raceland: Public intoxication of a controlled substance, a class B misdemeanor, and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class C felony. Chaffins’ bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

•Lindon M. Tackett, 26, of McDowell: Receiving stolen property under $10,000, a class D felony. Tackett's bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

•Roger Dale Barnett, 34, of Ashland: Receiving stolen property under $10,000, a class D felony. Barnett's bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

•Brittany S. Cantrell, 24, of Olive Hill: Third-degree burglary, a class D felony. Cantrell's bail was set at $5,000 full cash.

•William D. Helms, 45, of Rush: Speeding, first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, a class D felony, failure to maintain required insurance, a class B misdemeanor, carrying a concealed weapon (a throwing star), a class A misdemeanor and operating on a suspended or revoked license, a class B misdemeanor. Helms’ bail was set at $5,000 full cash.

•Jimmy Lambert, 31, of Pedro, Ohio; First-degree possession of the controlled substance methamphetamine, a class D felony, operating on a suspended or revoked license, a class B misdemeanor, leaving the scene of an accident with failure to render aid, a class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor, according to court records. Lambert's bail was set at $5,000 full cash.
