Matt Jones | The Daily Independent Pastelillos are an area speciality of the newly opened Knuckle Sandwich restaurant in Catlettsburg. The shop is next to Hong Kong Chinese and features sandwiches and breakfast items. Owner Dylan Getz describes the pastelillos as a “home-made hot pocket” and they come in both lunch and breakfast varieties.
