I-64 traffic moving again following accident

CANNONSBURG — All lanes of Interstate 64 are back open tonight following a crash earlier involving a truck that leaked contents believed to be mineral oil, according to Boyd County 911 dispatchers said.

Traffic had resumed to normal in the area around 9:45 p.m.. following three hours of delays. The accident happened near the junction of I-64 and Old U.S. 60. Three people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The accident was reported just before 6:30 p.m. Friday.
