2 more suspects in Morehead murder arrested

MOREHEAD — Two of the three suspects from a murder in Morehead on Sunday have been arrested, according to the Kentucky State Police.

Jaque Abrams, 19, was apprehended and Julius Kolowitz, 20, turned himself in. Both are from Elizabethtown.

Anthony “Rel” Paysen, 19, of Hodgenville is still at large and considered armed and dangerous.

The men are charged with murder in the death of 20-year-old Bo Otis of Owingsville on Sunday in Rowan County.
