Vickie Sewell and Harvey Preece were married in a double-ring ceremony on Sept. 27, 2008, at Serenity Point Wedding Chapel in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., by the Rev. C.D. Welch.
The bride is employed at Waffle House in Catlettsburg.
The groom is employed by Mountain Petroleum LLC in Lovely.
The bride was presented in marriage by Joshua Preece.
Maids of honor were Barb Chaney and Sue Napier.
Flower girl was Vanita Howard.
Best man was Tony Rankin and groomsmen were Bobby Napier and Joshua Preece.
