— Bonnie Black and Leon Hart exchanged wedding vows in a double-ring ceremony on Nov. 9, 2007, at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.
The bride is the daughter of Norma Foster of Ashland. She is a graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and attended Morehead State University and Ashland Community College. She is employed with the Ashland Independent School District.
The groom is the son of Herbert and Veronica Hart of Mansfield, Ohio. He is a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School in Mansfield and has a BS degree from Maryville College and an MA degree from Eastern Kentucky University. He is employed with the Ashland Independent School District.
Following their honeymoon in Las Vegas, the couple are residing in Ashland.
