Romine-Ratliff
Mary Lou Romine and H. Michael Ratliff were married on Sept. 9, 2009, in Mount Sterling, Ohio. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by minister Charles W. Neff, mayor.
She is retired and is a 1962 graduate of South Point High School.
He is the owner of Barclay Pipe and Tobacco and is a 1961 graduate of Ashland High School.
Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Homer Ratliff of Ashland.
