— Samantha Jayne Rigsby and Bobby Dee Collier II were wed July 7, 2007 at Holden Beach, N.C. in a double ring ceremony.
Mrs. Collier is a daughter of Dawn and Pat Whitehead of Raceland and Donnie and Barb Rigsby of Russell.
She is a 2005 graduate of Raceland-Worthington High School and attended Ashland Community College.
Mr. Collier is a son of Bobby and Kathy Collier of Load.
He is a 2001 graduate of Greenup County High School and a 2006 graduate of University of Kentucky with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering.
He is a production engineer with Link-Belt in Lexington.
Following a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple reside in Lexington.
