Risby-Collier

Samantha Jayne Risby and Bobby Dee Collier II were wed July 7, 2007, at Holden Beach, N.C., in a double-ring ceremony.

Mrs. Collier is a daughter of Dawn and Pat Whitehead of Raceland and Donnie and Barb Risby of Russell.

She is a 2005 graduate of Raceland-Worthington High School and attended Ashland Community and Technical College.

Mr. Collier is a son of Bobby and Kathy Collier of Load.

He is a 2001 graduate of Greenup County High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He is a production engineer at Link-Belt in Lexington.
