Kasper-Maynard

— Lisa Marie Kasper of Franklin Park, Ill., and Paul Michael Maynard of Flatwoods were married on Feb. 14, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. at St. Mary’s Chapel in Fort Riley, Kansas, with Chaplain Fuller officiating the ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Donald and Regina Kasper of Franklin Park and P.R. and Janet Maynard of Raceland.
Sara Anderson provided the music.
Maid of honor was Klara Wright of Fort Riley. Bridesmaid was Jennifer Kasper, sister of the bride, of Franklin Park.
Best man was Jeff Black of Junction City, Kansas.
The bride received a bachelor of science degree in biology from the Virginia Military Institute. She is enrolled in the veterinary technology program at Joliet Junior College and is employed at the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.
The groom is a graduate of Russell High School and Park University in Missouri, with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is a U.S. Army veteran with 18 years of service and is serving a third tour in Iraq. Last assignment was teaching senior ROTC at Olivet Nazarene College in Illinois.
The destination of their wedding trip was a cruise to a non-desert during R&R.
The couple reside in Bourbonnais, Ill.
