Bowman-Waggoner
Tiffany Bowman and Tony “TJ” Waggoner were married on March 15, 2008, at 3 p.m. in Gatlinburg, Tenn., at the Almost Heaven Resort.
Attending the ceremony were Brandace Walker and Ethan Farley, daughter and son of the bride.
She is a 1996 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and is a nursing student at ACTC.
He is a 1996 graduate of Boyd County High School and is an operator at Marathon Refinery.
