Griffith-Lehr

Celeste Ann Griffith and Jonathan Gregory Lehr were married Oct. 6, 2007, at the United Methodist Church in Russell. A reception followed the ceremony at the Bellefonte Country Club.

The bride is the daughter of Mary Ellen Griffith of Russell and the late Roger Griffith. The groom is the son of Cynthia and Christopher Rabe of Independence, Ky.

She is a 2002 graduate of Russell High School and received her bachelor of arts in education from the University of Kentucky in 2006 and her master of arts in teaching from Northern Kentucky University in 2008. She is employed as a high school English teacher at Pendleton County High School in Falmouth.

He graduated from Scott High School in Taylor Mill in 1999 and received his bachelor of business administration in finance and marketing from the University of Kentucky in 2004. He is employed as a sales representative and project manager for T.P. Mechanical Contractors of Cincinnati.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, J.W. Griffith.

Matron of honor was Brittany Herzog of Russell.

Best man was Brad Howard of Cincinnati.

The bride’s other attendants were Katie Welch of Findlay, Ohio, Sara Stone of Cincinnati, Megan Ballash of Atlanta, Ga., and Sara Filipski of Southgate.

The groom’s attendants were Kyle Rabe of Independence, Jason Stout of Park Hills, Joe Filipski of Southgate and Kyle Knapp of Covington.

Mr. and Mrs. Lehr are residing in Alexandria.
