This position will focus on smaller, part time farmers and the rural home market. Farm Credit Services will provide the tools and “know-how” to become a valued employee for our company through our extensive, hands on training which lasts 6-9 months depending on experience. Salary Range: Salary is based on professional experience. Once the FSO has completed training, a base salary is maintained in addition to an uncapped incentive program. Incentives are determined by an individual’s achievements above their sales goal. A sales goal will be determined on completion of training.
