The tent will be open from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday; 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Heritage State will feature special entertainment on the corner of Winchester and 17th Street on Saturday and Sunday.
