SOUTHERN PRIDE BAND

Today — Members of the Southern Pride Band, with former drummer Doug Fraley of the Dennis Smith Band, will host open mic/jam night at the Ironton Eagles from 9 p.m. to midnight.

SPLIT DECISION BAND

Friday and Saturday, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. — This variety dance band will perform at the Ashland American Legion Post No. 76, on the corner of 20th Street and Carter Avenue.

Non-members are welcome, but must apply for a club card at the door and must be 21 years old. The kitchen will be open for dining both nights until 9 p.m.

Special guest for the show will be Steve Bowens on keyboards and lead vocals.

Band members are Mitch Moore, lead vocals, lead guitar and keyboards; Mike Allen, lead guitar, lead vocals; Bob Cooper, bass guitar and vocals; and Steve Wurts, drums and DJ.
