Mark Anthony Buckler, 56, of Greenup, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 9, 1956, in Russell, to the late Clarence Buckler and Annis Gumbert Buckler.
He was a water plant supervisor for the city of Greenup and was also a Navy veteran and a Greenup City Council member. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, boating, deer hunting and especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his son, James Anthony Buckler (Nicole) of Ashland; daughters, Amy Buckler and fiancé Travis Large of Raceland and Dana Buckler Waddell (Jason) of Grayson; brothers, Earl Buckler of Grayson, Paul Buckler of Lloyd, Luke Buckler of Greenup, Joe Buckler of North Carolina and the late Clarence Buck Buckler and Thomas Michael Buckler; sisters, Debbie Hienaman and Sinda Buckler Angel, both of Greenup; grandchildren, Hayleigh and Ian Buckler, Eathan and Tanner Moore and soon to be grandson, Waylon Anthony Large; and a special lifelong friend, Keith Harper and his companion, Tammy, of Greenup.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2013, at Music Family Funeral Home in Greenup with Pastor Richard Crum officiating. Burial will be in Buckler Family Cemetery in Greenup.
