SAUKVILLE, WI —
Emma S. Schulz, 94, of Saukville, Wis., formerly of Ashland, Ky., died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2010, in Dekora Springs Living Center in Saukville, Wis. She was born Aug. 21, 1916, in Richmond, Va., to the late J.F.E. Steinmann and Dora Berta Garton. Her husband, Adolph W. Schulz, preceded her in death in 1980. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
Surviving are a son, William David Schulz of Rapid City, S.D.; two daughters, Janet Schiffner and husband Heinz of Mequon, Wis. and Jean Waddell and husband David of Kansas City, Kan.; a brother, Ernst Steinmann of Glen Allen, Va.; 5 sisters, Virginia Harlow of Richmond, Va., Thelma Reuss of Edina, Minn., Elsie Landers of Highland Springs, N.J., Dorothy Vaccarelli of Fair Haven, N.J. and Audrey Ragan of Richmond, Va.; 8 grandchildren, Joshua David Schulz, Jesse Daniel Schulz, Timothy Jason Schulz, Rebekah Waddell, Joshua Waddell, Christina Schiffner, Andrea Schiffner and Elizabeth Stec; and two great-grandchildren, Peter Andrew Stec and Naomi Jean Waddell.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 30, 2010, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ashland, Ky., by Pastor Mark A. Kloha. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, Ky.
Friends may call today, Aug. 29, 2010, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland and an hour before services Monday at the church.
