ASHLAND — Anna Pauline Slogic Godsey Fannin, 103, of Ashland passed away Saturday afternoon, June 30, 2012, at her residence.

Pauline was born Nov. 1, 1908, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Frank and Daisy Womack Slogic.

She was also preceded in death by two husbands, Ural Godsey and Benjamin Fannin; and a loving daughter, Betty Virginia Godsey, in 2009.

Survivors include a stepson, Robert Fannin; a stepdaughter, Joy Fannin; great-nephews Frank Slogic and his wife, Ann, of Colorado Springs and Scott Slogic and his wife, Karen, of New London, N.H.; a special friend and caregiver, Richard Evans of Ashland; five great-great nieces; and two great-great nephews.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland by the Rev. Lloyd Bailey. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
