Richard D. Clark, 41, of South Portsmouth, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012.
He was born Dec. 19, 1970, in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Survivors include, his wife, Stacy Cooper Clark; one daughter, Kacy Clark; and one son, Bryson Clark, all at home; his parents, Richard Clark and Janet Allen Clark of South Portsmouth; and his father and mother-in-law, Earl and Shirlene Cooper of Vanceburg.
He was a member of Boilermakers Local 40, a 1988 graduate of Greenup County High School and a 1992 graduate of Morehead State University. He attended Bivens Chapel Church in Garrison and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting.
Richard will be sadly missed by his family and numerous friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at Morton Funeral Home in South Shore, with Ronnie Conley officiating. Burial will be in Collier Memorial Gardens in South Portsmouth.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
