Gary Gene Grim 1945-2012

WORTHINGTON — Gary Gene Grim, 67, of Worthington, passed away at his home on Friday, June 15, 2012, following an extended illness.

Mr. Grim was born March 29, 1945, in Paintsville. He was a son of Irene Castle of Columbus, Ohio, and the late Thomas Grim.

He was a retired supervisor for the Dan Dee Potato Chip Company in Columbus, Ohio.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Cody Wayne Blevins; and a brother, Ronnie Grim.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Jackie Hamm Grim; one daughter and her husband, Crystal and Allie Blevins of Worthington; two grandchildren, Kala Ann Blevins and Tyler Gill, both of Worthington; three sisters; four brothers; and several nieces and nephews all of Columbus, Ohio.

Gary will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2012, at the Evans Funeral Home in Raceland, by the Rev. Robbie Hale. Burial will be in the Lemaster Cemetery at Big White Oak.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
