According to several sources, Johnson Central star power forward Shane Hall has committed to Marshall for next season.
The 6-foot-8, 215 pound senior was a three-star recruit by both Rivals and ESPN and received interest from Tennessee, Butler, Cincinnati and Indiana.
During an injury-plagued junior season, Hall averaged 15.9 points per game, along with 9.9 rebounds to lead Johnson Central to a Sweet Sixteen appearance.
In Johnson Central’s state tournament game against eventual runner-up Ballard, Hall exploded for a double-double of 28 points and 11 rebounds.
Hall is Marshall’s second commitment this week. Kirkwood Community College (Iowa) center Henry Uwadiae committed on Sunday.
