Greenup County indictments

Greenup — The following defendants were named in recent indictments returned by a Greenup County grand jury:

‰Matthew D. Alexander, 24, no address listed, charged with theft.

‰Arthur H. Barndollar II, 53, of Flatwoods, charged with driving under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense, and third-offense driving on a DUI-suspended license.

‰Joseph N. Brown, 45, of Quincy, charged with theft.

‰Erica Bryon, 24, and Jenal Hurley, 24, both of Wurtland, and Jason Stafford, 27, of Flatwoods, each charged with theft of a controlled substance, theft of a firearm and theft.

‰Stacie L. Hall, 31, no address listed, charged with theft.

‰Montana D. Kelley, 26, of Ashland, charged with theft.

‰Rolando Loper, 26, of South Shore, charged with burglary and theft.

‰Orville Miller, 24, of Raceland, charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration.

‰Douglas M. Sullivan, 40, of Flatwoods, charged with first-degree drug possession.

A grand jury indictment is a formal accusation of a crime and does not establish guilt.

    A Carter County man has been arrested for allegedly shooting his wife in the neck during a domestic dispute.
    Robert Tackett, 47, of Olive Hill, was lodged in the Carter County Detention Center on Monday, charged with attempted murder-domestic violence, Kentucky State Police at Ashland said.
