The Grayson Gallery Art Center will host fellow members of “FEAT,” the Eastern Kentucky Foothills Eco-Agri Tourism, as the exhibit for the monthly F!nal Fr!day Art Walk.
The GGAC will host an opening reception for the show from 6 to 9 p.m. today. Artists, crafters, individuals and participating businesses throughout the five-county region served by FEAT, including Carter, Elliott, Menifee, Morgan and Wolfe counties, will display samples of their wares.
Several members of the organization will set up in the gallery with tables and information booths to showcase their focus on Appalachian items. The free event also will feature live music, entertainment and refreshments provided by FEAT members. Remaining work also will be shown during Funtoberfest on Oct. 5 during the Carter County Public Library's Book Sale in the gallery.
