Sounds of Christmas

Dinner party, run/walk scheduled this month

ASHLAND — The 11th annual Sounds of Christmas dinner party will be at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 21 at the Ashland Transportation Center.

The event, presented by Stephen Salyers Charities Foundation, includes dinner, the Ron and Joan Cyrus Memorial Silent Auction and live music by Stephen Salyers and Friends.

The event will be co-chaired by state Sen. Robin Webb and Kevin Sinnett. The Troubadour Award Recipient will be Ashland Mayor Chuck Charles and Honorary Board Member recognition will go to Ova Kimbleton.

The Cledus T. Party with radio personalities Cledus T. Judd and Clint and Judy will be the hosts.

The fourth annual Sounds of Christmas 5K Run/Walk will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in Russell, with registration at 8 a.m.
