Boyd County indictments

CATLETTSBURG — According to a news release from Boyd Commonwealth’s Attorney David Justice’s office, the following defendants were named in indictments returned Monday by a Boyd County grand jury:

‰James Spurlock, 54, of Catlettsburg, charged with theft.

‰Kenneth Hunt, 54, of Ashland, charged with drug trafficking.

‰Jamie M. Caines, 34, of Ashland, charged with drug trafficking and persistent felony offender.

‰Tara Hale, 36, of Ashland, charged with welfare fraud.

‰Mary Sparks, 30, of Ashland, charged with welfare fraud.

‰Megan Davidson, 26, of Ashland, charged with welfare fraud.

‰Levi Ledford, 30, of Grayson, charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of meth.

‰Shannon O. Fankell, 35, of Grayson, manufacturing meth, possession of meth and persistent felony offender.

‰Dakota L. Stanley, 24, of Ashland, charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth and fleeing or evading police.

‰Steven L. Clark, 36, of Ashland, charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth and persistent felony offender.

‰David M. Prince, 28, of Grayson, charged with manufacturing meth and possession of meth.

‰Orlando T. Barbour, 44, of Ashland, charged with drug trafficking.

‰William D. Mollett, 31, of Ironton, charged with theft.

‰Jonathan Enyart, 23, of Ashland, charged with robbery and persistent felony offender.

A grand jury indictment is a formal accusation of a crime and does not establish guilt.
