ASHLAND — A work release inmate with a lengthy criminal history is wanted by U.S. Marshals after taking cash on Friday from a gas station where he worked.
Greg Scott Gallion left that business in the Catlettsburg area in a 1997 black Ford sedan. He was last seen headed on U.S. 23 toward Ashland.
Gallion's original charge was bank robbery, U.S. Marshals said. He was in custody as a work release inmate at Transitions Halfway House.
Marshals say Gallion has an extensive criminal history and should be considered dangerous. Anyone with information about Gallion's whereabouts is asked to call his or her local police department or the U.S. Marshals Service at 859-361-5647.
