Man reports more than $3,000 in credit card fraud

ASHLAND — The following information was taken from Ashland Police Department reports:

Credit card fraud

‰A man last week reported his stolen credit card was used to make more than $3,100 in unauthorized purchases at the Ashland Walmart over a two-day period in January.

Burglary

‰A woman living in the 700 block of 39th Street last week reported clothing, an Xbox 360, flat-screen TV, a safe and contents and other items were stolen in a burglary at her residence. Some of the stolen items were later recovered at a local pawn shop.

Theft

‰A juvenile girl last week reported she loaned her iPhone to a man at Texas Roadhouse, and that he took off with it.

‰A man on Thursday reported someone stole six metal kitchen cabinets, two refrigerators and seven metal fence posts from his property in the 2300 block of Sellars Street.

Shoplifting

‰Belk on Wednesday reported someone had shoplifted several articles of Ralph Lauren clothing.
