Boyd County indictments

CATLETTSBURG — The following defendants were named in indictments returned Friday by a Boyd County grand jury:

Zackary Ragalyi, 27, of Huntington, charged with theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Matthew Winters, 26, of Coal Grove, charged with two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and one count of receiving stolen property.

Fredia A. Stanley, 55, of Ashland, charged with drug trafficking.

Joshua D. Arnold, 23, of Portsmouth, charged with burglary.

Brittney D. Doyle, 21, of Grayson, charged with theft.

Ronald E. Damron, 36, of Ashland, charged with burglary.

Joshua R. Tussey, 22, of Ashland, charged with theft.

Randall D. Robinson, 27, of Ashland, charged with burglary.

Robbie L. Page, 27, of Ashland, charged with fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment and operating on a suspended or revoked license.

Richard S. Gipson, 36, of Ashland, charged with receiving stolen property and persistent felony offender.

A grand jury indictment is a formal accusation of a crime and does not establish guilt.
