BREAKING: Arrest made in 'Nemo' Bryant murder

Grand jury indicts Kyle Holbrook, 20, on murder charge

MOREHEAD — Kentucky State Police have made an arrest in the murder of a Carter County man who was found shot to death in a farm pond in Elliott County two years ago,

Kyle S. Holbrook, 20, of Olive Hill, was arrested Monday on charges of murder and tampering with evidence in the slaying of 19-year-old Paul Dillon "Nemo" Bryant of Olive Hill, according to a news release from the Morehead KSP post.

The  arrest was the result of an indictment returned on Monday by an Elliott County grand jury, the KSP said. Holbrook was served with the indictment warrant by Detective Toby Gardner, the lead investigator in the case, at the Rowan County Detention Center, where he was already in custody on unrelated drug charges.
