KSP drug roundup results in 15 arrests

Ashland —
Kentucky State Police on Wednesday arrested 15 in a roundup of suspected drug dealers in Boyd and Carter counties.
Most of the arrests were for trafficking in prescription drugs. However, one of the suspects was charged with cocaine trafficking, according to a news release from the Ashland KSP post.
The suspects all were lodged in local jails, the KSP said.
The arrests were the result of a year-long investigation into illegal narcotics trafficking that resulted in the Boyd and Carter grand juries returning indictments against 28 suspects, the KSP said.
Seven additional charges were discovered by troopers while serving the warrants.
The others charged in the probe are still being sought, the KSP said.
Arrested on Wednesday were:
‰Janie Simmons, 47, of Grayson, charged with three counts of trafficking in controlled substances.
‰Kosha Wagoner, 21, of Olive Hill, charged with three counts of trafficking in controlled substances.
‰Jeromy Lawhorn, 23, of Rush, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰Joshua Lawhorn, age unavailable, of Rush, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰Terry Godby, 26, of Rush, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰James Segraves, 36, of Willard, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰Vickie Hall, 51, of Ashland, charged with three counts of cocaine trafficking.
‰Christopher Gamble, 35, of Ashland, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰Cindy Wells, 30, of Hitchins, charged with two counts of trafficking in controlled substances.
‰Ronnie Wells, 31, of Hitchins, charged with two counts of trafficking in controlled substances.
‰Charles Bond, 29, of Grayson, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰Michael Preston, 32, of Ashland, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰David Whitley, 30, of Ashland, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰John Martin, 42, of Ashland, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
‰David Isaacs, 35, of Ashland, charged with one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
