The following were named in indictments returned on Friday by a Boyd County grand jury:
‰Charles David Parks, 21, of Grayson, charged with one count of receiving stolen property.
‰Abraham M. Munoz, 24, of Catlettsburg, charged with one count of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
‰Amanda K. Isaacs, aka Amanda K. Crisp, 27, of Catlettsburg, charged with one count of receiving stolen property.
‰David E. Criswell, 54, of Ashland, charged with three counts of second-degree forgery.
‰Charles Nelson Ison, 25, of Ashland, charged with one count of first-degree promoting contraband.
‰Kevin D. Wilson, 35, and Molly Sue Wilson, 36, both of Huntington, each charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking.
‰Charles S. Thompson Jr., 30, of Ashland, charged with one count of criminal possession of a forged prescription.
‰Terri L. Fitch, 47, of Ashland, charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
‰David Anthony Kimmel Jr., 22, of Grayson, charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking and one count of second-degree criminal mischief.
‰Leland Thomas, 25, of Ashland, charged with one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
‰Robert S. Frasher, 25, of Ashland, charged with one count of auto theft.
‰Michael D. Gullett, 24, of Ashland, charged with one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, one count of tampering with physical evidence and one count of first-degree promoting contraband.
‰Amber Lacks, 25, charged with four counts of second-degree forgery.
‰Marsha Louise Gollihue, 27, of Willard, and Brandon Dale Scott, 24, of Grayson, charged with one count of first-degree wanton endangerment, one count of public intoxication, one count of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
