Raceland graduation Friday
Raceland —
The Raceland-Worthington High School graduation will be at 8 p.m. Friday in the gymnasium. There are 67 graduates.
The Rev. Dr. Kenny Large, evangelist, will give the baccalaureate sermon.
The valedictorian is Chase Watson Hieneman, son of Dan Hieneman of Raceland and Jujuana Hieneman of Worthington.
He plans to attend the University of Kentucky on a Presidential Scholarship, where he will be a member of the Honors Program and will double major in political science and economics.
Salutatorian is Lindsay Ann Welter, daughter of Margaret Welter and the late Steven Welter.
She plans to attend the University of Kentucky, where she will be a member of the AMSTEM program and major in biology.
