Boyd County indictments: 5/6/08

The following were named in indictments returned Thursday by a grand jury:
‰Jeffrey A. Lake, 36, of Sciotoville, charged with one count of second-degree escape and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender.
‰Ricky Joe Newman, 33, of Ashland, charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking under $300, one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, OxyContin; and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
‰Bennie C. Waller, 45, of Ashland, charged with one count of menacing, one count of resisting arrest, one count of third-degree assault on a police or probation officer and one count of possession of marijuana.
‰Nakisha M. Fowler, 25, no address available, charged with one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, OxyContin; one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, Xanax; and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
‰Woodson S. Parsons, 31, of Ashland, charged with one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, OxyContin; one count of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, Xanax; one count of possession of drug paraphernalia; and one count of possession of marijuana.
‰Jonathan S. Jackson, 24, of Rush, charged with one count of third-degree burglary.
‰Patricia A. Pauley, 23, of Rush, charged with one count of third-degree burglary.
‰Walter M. Bocook, of Chesapeake, charged with one count of first-offense driving under the influence, one count of failure to maintain insurance, one count of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, oxycodone.
‰Dorothy A. Craft, 36, of Ashland, charged with one count of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, oxycodone.
