Boyd library to mark National Library Week

ASHLAND — National Library Week, which will begin Sunday and continue through April 19, is being observed at the Boyd County Public Library will several special events.

“Lives Change @ Your Library” is the theme for  the event, and BCPL is asking patrons to share their stories by emailing how the library changed their lives to  wlyons@thebookplace.org. The library will share those stories on its Facebook page during the week.

BCPL  also will celebrate National Library Week by observing Patron Appreciation Day. Patrons may visit any branch on Monday for refreshments and a gift throughout the day.
