Advance planning seminar offered

GRAYSON

Local attorneys Brian Bayes of Wilhoit Law Office and Jeffrey Scott with Scott Law Office will speak at a free advance planning seminar Oct. 24 at Malone Funeral Home.

Bayes will speak at the 10 a.m. session and Scott will speak at the 6 p.m. session.

Topics to be covered include wills, estates, power of attorney and Medicaid planing.

Also speaking will be Pam Ulery and Delmar Rogers, who are funeral prearrangement specialists.

Each sessions will be 90 minutes and will include refreshments, door prizes and time for questions.
