The Huntington Museum of Art will have its annual Holiday Open House from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
The event features the exibit “Art on a Limb,” which includes trees with hand-painted palettes and ornaments designed by local artists, a visit from Santa, children’s art activities, entertainment, and refreshments.
The entertainment schedule includes:
1 p.m. — Tri-State Youth Orchestra.
1:30 p.m. — Excerpts from “The Nutcracker” by Huntington Dance Theatre.
2 p.m. — Cabell Midland Collegium Musicum; arrival of Santa.
2:30 p.m. — Sixteenth Street Baptist Choir.
3 p.m. — B’Nai Sholom Choir.
3:30 p.m. — Cabell Midland Choir.
4 p.m. — The Wayne Elementary Select Ensemble.
Children’s art activities will be offered from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Education Gallery. Docents and volunteers are in charge of refreshments.
Admission is free, but visitors are encouraged to bring cans of food to benefit the Huntington Area Food Bank and warm clothes for the Cridlin Food and Clothing Pantry.
