Burial service set for Greenup soldier killed in Afghanistan

The funeral has been scheduled for a Greenup soldier who was killed while serving in Afghanistan. His remains were brought home on Wednesday morning at the Ashland Regional Airport.
The service for Army Spc. Jeremy R. Gullett is set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Wurtland Middle School in Greenup. Visitation will be 5 to 9 Friday night at the school.
The 22-year-old soldier died on May 7.
He was married with two children.
Gullett was a member of the 101st Airborne Division, based at Fort Campbell on the Kentucky-Tennessee border.
