Lucas-Latimer
Paul and Veronica Lucas of Poca, W.Va., announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Cassie Renee Lucas, to Derek Kellyn Latimer, son of Larry and Melissa Latimer of Greenup.
The wedding will be Aug. 15, 2009, at Bancroft Church of God Mission in Bancroft, W.Va.
The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Poca High School and a junior at West Virginia State, majoring in nursing. She is employed by CAMC Teays Valley Hospital as a nursing assistant.
The groom-elect is a 2006 graduate of Greenup County High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia Tech with a degree in civil engineering technology and is employed with Advantage Homes in Charleston, W.Va.
